1. What are Lab's operating hours?

We are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing convenient access to laboratory services throughout the day.

2. What types of blood tests do Lab offers?

We provide a comprehensive range of blood tests including:

• Routine tests: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, Liver Function Tests, Kidney Function Tests, all haematology, biochemistry ,clinical ,microbiology tests  are available.

• Special tests: Hormone panels, Tumor markers, Cardiac markers, Thyroid function tests, Vitamin levels, and other specialized diagnostic tests

• Health Packages at very subsidized rates are available for yearly health assessments.

3. Do Lab offer home collection services?

Yes, we provide home collection services for your convenience. Our trained phlebotomists will visit your home to collect blood samples, ensuring comfort and safety. Simply call us @ 9993522579 or 7610259348 to schedule a home collection appointment.

4. How long does it take to get test results?

• Routine blood tests: Results typically available within 4-6 hours

• Special tests: May take 24-48 hours depending on the complexity

• Results can be collected in person, or we can provide them via whatsapp as soon as reports are finalized.

• Emergency tests can be prioritized for faster turnaround when medically necessary

5. Do I need to fast before each and every blood tests?

Fasting requirements depend on the specific tests ordered:

• Fasting required (8-12 hours): Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, some liver function tests, uric acid.

• No fasting required: CBC, Thyroid tests, most hormone tests

• Our staff will inform you of any fasting requirements when you book your appointment or during home collection scheduling
